Year in Review - Lean Happy Hour

Rachel Waner, JE Dunn Construction has been in the construction industry for 13 years, arriving in Nashville with JE Dunn Construction in 2020. In that time, she has had the privilege of helping build everything from hospital expansions to manufacturing facilities to hotels, bringing her passion for reducing waste and continuous improvement to teams by using a systems-focused view that centers the people closest to the work.

Sandy Hankiewicz, Rosendin Electric Inc has 13 years of focused experience in electrical construction spanning healthcare, manufacturing, data centers and commercial sectors. As Project Manager with Rosendin in Nashville, she was named one of the Top 25 women in Mission Critical Technology for 2023. She brings a strategic approach to managing high-stakes assignments, ensuring every facet of the project is aligned with organizational goals. She started her Lean Journey in 2022 and joined the Nashville LCI Cop as a core member in 2023.
