Speaker: Rob Warcup, PhD – Utah Valley University In 2007, Rob was fortunate to take part in a Lean construction pilot program and to write the playbook on Lean operations for a national construction firm.  He quickly realized the power of Lean as his team saved $16 Million through identifying and eliminating waste from their processes.  Since that time, Rob completed a PhD that emphasized Lean construction and currently teaches construction management at Utah Valley University.  He developed a Lean project management course in 2011 that he teaches yearly.
